: Mandi - do you have the name of the website with the positive posts about Dr Sarno? I'm intrigued by this. I've never taken any pain medication for my cts even though it was bad enough to require surgery & I still have symptoms years later. I get stabbing pains at times but they soon go if I try to just ignore them & carry on doing what I'm doing. Even doctors have looked at me strangely when I've told them I don't take pain killers. I've got muscle wasting too so it's not like the cts is mild. Might take a look at this doc's book too. Thanks for that info.
