: Hello to all!

: All in all, recovery on my May 27 open release is going quite well, I guess. But I am getting frustrated. I still cannot open a screw top with my healing hand, or do alot of chopping and other food prep without it getting very achy. I love to cook, and am just getting VERY frustrated with it. Example, last night I was chopping an (meaning - 1) onion, and by the time I was done with it, I was very sore.

: Is this normal for recovery?

: Thanks!

: Jamie

Hang in there. We all recover at different rates. Some can get back in the saddle pretty quick and others are still on the pony ride. It takes time. Try not to get too discouraged. Try not too rush it though as sometimes that can make things move even slower or God forbid undue everything you have accomplished so far. Take care.
