I'm the stretching cheerleader on this board. Had open surgery Apr.29/03. My hand is still quite stiff in the morning and until I stretch the hand well. Once the hand is limbered up it performs pretty well, all considered, and has at least some stamina. Even playing some 'recovery blues' on the guitar.
