This is old Hawk again. First, I want to thank all of you who responded to my last post. My new question is this, and any thoughts or ideas or opinions are appreciated. I had CT Surgery on my dominant hand in March 03. I have just been diagnosed with Bells Palsy this week. It is a disease that attacks the facial nerves. This also on my dominant side as my surgery was. Could it be possible that the two could be related somehow since they both have to deal with nerve damage? And that they are both on the same side of my body? I have partial paralasis of one side of my face. I am being treated with meds and told it should clear up in a couple weeks. Talk about a crooked smile (LOL) I see the neurologist again in a week. Anyway, the medical experts stated that they didn't know for sure so they couldn't say one way or the other. I'll check back in next week and let you know if I'm smiling straighter! P.S. Copdaddy, if you read this, yes, Hawkeye is in honor of my beloved Iowa Hawkeyes. (I guess they don't call you Copdaddy for nothing, now do they!!! LOL)
