: Hi, Teresa.... Isn't 5 weeks post-op a little soon to be making your surgical hand P & S? You don't think that there will be any more improvement by continuing what you're doing now as far as PT goes? My surgeon released me today, 4 1/2 months post-op, with one last cortisone shot for my tendinitis, he told me he couldn't do anything more for me, and that my slow recovery from tendinitis is due to my smoking???? I would love for him to show me medical statistics regarding that one... It's great having a job that you love, but the hands have to come first.... Hang in there and try not to think about it while you're on vacation.... Linda

I know, I thought the same thing, I could understand my left hand being P&S, but my right hand? Strange, I was so overwhelmed by the limitation thing, I didn't think to question that. I guess he figures in the end the situation will be the same anyway. I will take your advice and try not to think about it too much! thanks!
Teresa
