: : HI Phil, I'm curious to hear whether you've hired a lawyer or not. What is he/she doing for you? I hope you getting paid now....Tracy

: hi, yea i hire a lawyer and i wont hear anything for about 3 weeks they got to go threw all the fileing and all that stuff .....still haven't recieved anything but the lawyer said i have a good case..so thats about it so far... i went and had the cortizone shots just in one hand i have to go this week for the other hand..the shot did relieve the pain and numbness some but i was told it's only temporally so i don't know.i had to turn the shots in on my regular insurance..

Phil, I'm glad you've hired a lawyer! They will take care of everything from here on out. Don't worry about putting the cortisone shot fees on your private insurance. If your claim is accepted after the lawyer gets through with them(insurance co.)..........you could possibly be reimbursed for that. So keep your head up. Things should start looking up for you. I think a lawyer will also take care of your outstanding bills etc by talking to your creditors. So, good, you're in good hands. Good Luck! Tracy
