symptoms of cts and/or tendonitis

Hello, everyone, and thanks in advance for your replies. I have terrible pain in my right palm and wrist to the point where I can't put pressure on it (like getting up out of the tub or off the floor). It is mainly in the outside of the palm below the little finger . Also can't move my wrist side to side towards the thumb. Does anyone know if this could be cts or if it is tendonitis? My work is drafting , also waitressing on weekends.I haven't seen these symptoms in the pages of posts I have read here.Thanks for any info I can take to my doctor.
