You probably do have some tendonitis but it also sounds like you could have ulnar nerve irritation. To start out with both problems have basically the same treatment (use splints, take anti-inflammatory, ice and rest). If you do not have any numbness then your more likely to have tendonitis. Do you have any arm pain? : Hello, everyone, and thanks in advance for your replies. I have terrible pain in my right palm and wrist to the point where I can't put pressure on it (like getting up out of the tub or off the floor). It is mainly in the outside of the palm below the little finger . Also can't move my wrist side to side towards the thumb. Does anyone know if this could be cts or if it is tendonitis? My work is drafting , also waitressing on weekends.I haven't seen these symptoms in the pages of posts I have read here.Thanks for any info I can take to my doctor.
