HI Deana, Yes, that is a common complaint on this board, I get it once in a while, especially when it is cold outside, it is hard to warm my hands up. Have you seen the doctor yet? If not, you may want to start wearing splints, especially at night, but wearing them also helps warm your wrists up. Best Wishes...Teresa
