: : No, still no resolve, my attorney called me Friday, but said he was working on it. I got a letter today from the Division of WC rehabilitation unit stating that my attorney sent them a Request for Dispute Resolution, so I guess something is in the works, from what I found on the internet they have 10 days from the date they received it(8/1) to make a decision. I don't know if it has anything to do with my pay, or just vocational rehab. I called my attorney again today, but of course no call back! I should probably just fire him and do things myself, at least my adjusters would talk to me then!

: I know the frustration very well..Hang in there, things will work out. My lawyer seems to waiting until the last minute to get things in order, which he is probably in control of things, but I'm not, I worry too much about what if's. I got that way after the first surgery. Hang in there...Melani
