She went to the same doctor again yesterday and they still say nothing is wrong, they also told her to only where the wrist/thumb brace off and on. Not all the time. They was going to gove her anew one but ran out. They also gave her aprescription for Napxoxen Sodium (Aleve). if you take 2 or 2.5 aleve you get the same dose of drug. Then she went to a medical supply to get a brace and the guy there told her she should wear it all the time, like you guys said. I told her the same advice about the brace and aleve but she wouldnt listen to me. The guy also told her it might be dislocated and she should get an x-ray. The doctor she is going to now won't do it, so i'm trying to get her to go somewhere else, but i don't know if she will listen to me. She is hard headed. Well i'll keep you posted when she decides to do something. Later

: My sister has been having pain for about a month or so in her right hand/wrist. She went to the doctor and they told her she had pulled a tendon and gave her a wrist brace to wear. Then after 4 or 5 days she said the pain was getting worse. She went to the doctor the next day ( not a specialist, a doctor a general medicine place, not ER. ) he told her it was tendonitis i think. Now she says the pain is shooting up her arms at times. She told them she might need an X-Ray and they said it wasn't neccassary. I think she should go somewhere else and get an x-ray. My question is it neccassary or what else could it be so she can possible tell them what she thnks it is and find more info online? any help will be great.
