Should I see a doctor?

I've been a software programmer for the past few years and work on a computer every day. Just the other day I noticed something weird happening in my hands/arms.

The muscles in my forearms feel a bit sore, and I have lost some strength in my left hand (mostly between my thumb and pointer finger). My right hand seems fine at the moment. I'm not really experiencing any tingling sensations, although slight numbness has occurred.

Do you think this might be the start of CTS?
