My little finger is completely numb. It is bent just a fraction and I can't completely straighten it out. Prior to the latest surgery, I couldn't spred my fingers like "Spock" from Star Trek. I also could put up no resistance from someone pushing my pointer finger and little fingers inward when they were spread. In just 2+ weeks, I'm now able to spead the fingers like "Spock" and offer some resistance. Although the little finger is still ALMOST completely numb. It seems like I'm making progress there too, although a very little at a time. I guess now that the nerve is no longer compressed and blood is getting to it (and through it) I'm healing. It could/will take a LONG time, and I may not be 100% again, but progress is progress. I like a good challenge anyway : - )

Feel free to email me if you have any questions.
