Good deal. I'm glad you went to have your hands checked out. Now comes the emg/nvc test to tell you how bad your nerves are trapped. It sounds like you have bilateral CT. Wear those wrist braces and maybe by some wonderful miracle, they will relieve the pain. When my moms wrist get to hurting she slaps those braces on and the pain leaves, then on the other hand in your case, it depends on how bad the nerves are trapped.
