You might look into de Quervain's tenosynovitis. If it involves your thumb as well, it might be that.
Its very painful, get examined by an occupational doc.

I'm not suffering too much pain, it just feels very tight and like I need to release pressure or something...sometimes it also feels achy and kinda weak... : I told my physical therapist about my wrist popping and he said that was good. I just kind of looked at him crazy because it had never done that before surgery. He offered no explanation except to trust him and grinned. (Maybe he didn't know what was going on) being cute. Melani
