This should make you feel better. I went to my GP in August & was diagnosed with Cubital Tunnel Syndrome. I'm STILL waiting to see the hand surgeon (12 Dec) & I'm told that if I need an EMG I could wait up to another 6 months (this is normal in the UK). If I need surgery, could be this time next year.

I didn't even have an EMG at all before my CTS surgery lol. Half the time these tests don't seem too accurate from what I've read on various sites anyway so it really ain't worth getting upset about. Just think - things could be far worse - you could be living in the UK lol.
