That is wonderful, I am so happy for you! And don't worry, an EMG is no big deal, I would call it mildly uncomfortable. The worst part for me was the guy who was doing it had the personality of a pea and was trying to make lame conversation...he knew I was an accountant and was asking tax questions. I wanted to smack him. But the procedure itself was pretty quick and painless. Good luck tomorrow and let us all know how you made out.
