you might find that wearing a support while working may help relieve some of the stress you're inflicting when you are working. Some people find that wearing an immobilizer spint at night helps. You have to find what works for you. It's a trial and error thing. Some people say night splints dont help, some do. Some people like ice, some heat. Some wear a support while working, others dont. It doesnt hurt to try different things. I would imagine that wearing gloves to help with vibrations etc, and a support wrap may give you some relief since your symptoms are mild.
