: I have tried just about everything we can think of. I have been to different physical therapists 4 times (for about 6 weeks each time). I have done stretching, ultrasound, phono, cortisone, I have even put my arm in a sling and not used it for 4 weeks. I have had my workstation looked at about 5 times now. Drugs. I wear a TENS unit constantly. Not sure what else I would be missing but I would be interested to hear anything else you may know of.

Lisa, There seem to be many who believe that physical therapy and massage therapy are the same thing when they are really different. There are different types of massage and some are specific for pain reduction and symptoms of cts. Let me know how you are doing. Alan
