: Hello All,
: I have recently started a new computer job after a long hiatus. I started in late Nov. / early Dec.
: I realized that I was leaning on my left elbow for long hours at a time. ( I have since stopped doing this) I discovered, after about 2 weeks of working, a constant pain in my elbow with radiating pain to my left shoulder and down the top of my forearm. Now within the last couple of weeks, my left index finger is now pretty much numb all the time. This seems consistent with CTS. My question is, since this is a "new" ailment for me, can I hope that this will just go away with proper exercises and avoiding leaning on my elbow? Anybody have good luck with acupuncture? Thanks in advance!
: Chris

Chris,
Many times hand and elbow pain are related to overuse. See if you can get bodymindresources.com to load and look for the carpal tunnel section. Let me know how you are doing. Alan
