: I started on my new years resolutions today. Just been down to my solicitor's office with a file full of all the emails from the horrible manager, letters from the pesonnel dept at work, occupational health reports etc. Wrote him a covering letter asking if he thought I might have a valid claim. He's on holiday until next Monday but it's on his desk now for him to read on his first day back :-)
