I had surgery on left hand on 10-20.Everything worked out great and I returned to work 12-23.CTS pain disappeared immediately after surgery.There was minimal pain associated with the surgery.I know it's almost impossible to do especially in a big city ,but try to find out everything you can about your surgeon.If you have any doubts about his/her ability DON'T GO THROUGH WITH IT! Remember all surgeons are not created equal.There are many horror stories on this board caused by bad surgeons.
