My company has already hired a "temp" to replace me, and every time I go in the HR director and my supervisor suggest that I should look for another job.

On Monday I am going to make some calls and see if I can find a lawyer.

It's obnoxious how long it takes to type out this little bit, and I'm tired of having my water bottles opened and my toothpaste squeezed by others.

... I have a BA level education but without my Masters, in my area, this was the only sort of work companies would hire me for--i can't even go back to waiting tables (too much lifting).

and I know that my case is less severe than most. I wish that I could do something to help others. It's frustrating to watch companies treat their employees with so little consideration.
