Hi! I just had surgery on 12/22 and have regularly updated my progess on the board. Just look for posts from me and dmm (she had surgery four days before me). I had a cast but it appears that most people don't. I think it helped tremendously as I am the kind the of person to remove whatever can be removed! Also, i think it helped a lot with wound healing. Overall, I'm glad I had the surgery. Good luck!

: I am having my CT Release this Friday, and I was wondering if someone can tell me what to expect afterwards. I asked my doctor but I would love to hear feom someone first-hand. The doctor told me that he was going to sedate me, will I know what's happening? Do you have a cast on afterwards? For how long? When do the staple/stiches come out? How long before I can drive? work? Do you go to a Physical Therapist afterwards? Sorry for all the questions, I am just very nervous and curious.
