Just curious, my wrists are constantly cracking and sore, plus all my finger joints are always hurting and cracking. I used to crack my nuckles, but I stopped, now it seems as though the slightest movment triggers cracking. Right now I think it's hurting more than ever. I play guitar and drums, I'm sure this has not helped the situation. I'm only 23, could it be arthritis? |
