Just for ideas, and thinking of possible careers that might interest you and not require repetitive use of your hands/wrists, have you read "What Color is Your Parachute?" (by Richard Nelson Bolles).

There are a few more (that were used by my career guidance counselors. If I can find my copies, I'll share the titles. They were actually quite helpful... for brainstorming ideas :)
