For anyone with CTS and overlapping cervical/neck spine headaches

Corey had once suggested lavender scents. It does work (for me), and may for anyone else facing a procedure (surgery) for CT, yet not able to take any over-the-counter headache remedy days prior.

He also suggested peppermint... to ease an upset stomach.

As you and I know, Melani, with all we've been through this past year, there are those fasting requirments stipulated pre-op :)

I've used Corey's ideas, and they helped a great deal. I was finally able to share them with others facing procedures... to make sure they do meet the fasting requirements pre-op while also being able to have something to ease some of the "edge" to how some feel beforehand :)

: Corey, get the word out to the new people. If anyone is having problems with dry skin or aches, a little bit of this lotion does wonders. By all means, post the snake-oil for everyone. Thats what makes you so unique on this board. Your always looking to find healing for all. Your the best, Melani
