Thanks Debbie,

I think I will greatly reduce the amount of sewing I do. I'll complete the kits I have but take it very easy and do them over a long period.
I already have Adam's exercises and they're great!

: Valerie, I had to give up needle work because thats how/when I developed CT.. I have some other things that could have played a part also, but the needlework seemed to be the culprit since I didn't have it prior to stitching all the time.
: If you aren't going to give it up, then at least do alot of stretching when taking many breaks from it.. Adam posted good stretches on this board someplace..
