Hi...not only have heard of the bretylium blocks but I have had 3 and will have a fouth here real soon. The first 2 worked good with the 2nd one being better than the first. The 3rd one however didn't work hardley at all and they seam to think it had alot to due with the cold weather. I have R.S.D. in my right foot and the cold weather always affect this. I'm not looking forward to having it done but I do feel that when the block is working it does wonders for how I feel. I wish you the best of luck! Sue
