: Morning China Cat,
: I finally understand the difference between Cubital Tunnel Syndrome and tendonitis. I seem to have the former. On one web page, they recommended to wrap the arm with something to keep it straight during sleep. The bending is what is tender. I wonder if the same wrapping would keep one from rolling over on the arm. I am a back sleeper already since I cannot lay on my side or stomach without my arms going to sleep and hurting. I might just dress up as a goalie in a hockey outfit instead of pj's.

: Good luck.

: : Hi all,
: : Anyone got any good suggestions for training yourself to sleep in a different (better) position?
: : I have slept on my side for years and of course ones' hands can inadvertently get underneath contributing to the CTS problem. Well I got so I can now fall asleep, more often on my stomach than back... but I always wake up on my side again. AAAARRRRRGGHH!!!
: : Thanks

Corey you silly thing, you made me laugh so hard that I got a muscle spasm in my rib cage..LOLOL
A goalie? Oh I have a cartoon mind & can picture it now....
Debbie
