Hi, Elane... Tendinitis is my biggest problem also, I can live with not putting any weight on my surgery hand, but the hand and wrist swelling and pain is really getting old now... Cortisone did not help me at all, are you going to try it? I haven't had any kind of treatment for it in over 6 months - no Dr, no treatment :( If you find something that works, let me know, I'm game to try anything..... Linda
