I just had the endo yesterday and had a Bier block and given a mild sedative so i was awake and out of it at the same time. The only pain i had was from the prep for the block. They use a turnquit and push all the blood out of your arm. The wrapping to push the blood back was very uncormfortable. Then after my surgery which i felt nothing of, the tingling and pain of blood returning was it.
