Hi Natalie, they make a brace just to use for night time for those that are uncomfortable, it is like a pillow that surrounds your hand and wrist, I found it at Sav-On Drug store (in CA) they run about $25 each though, they look SO comfy! I believe night time is the most important time to wear the brace, that is what woke me up the most, the pain during the night. I wish you the best.
