Now thats a good question..How does anyone know their doctors are legit or some quack? I don't know.. Referals maybe? Start asking around and see what you can find out.. After reading this board for a year, I wouldn't trust anyone that has anything to do with WC... They treat everyone as if they are criminals out to make a buck off of society.
