Hi, Ruth.... I don't think there is anything that will ease the numbness and tingling at night, that's a standard complaint with CTS.... If you read back on the board, you'll find lots of good information from those who chose not to have surgery, and those recovering from the surgery.... Good luck to you.... Linda
