I just wanted to let you know i spoke with a lawyer for the first time about 10 min ago. He said my only option is to retain a new Dr pay out of my own pocket for him to hopefully argue the fact of whether iam really at a max med end result and also ask for some voc rehab. If I don't get a result from this new dr that i am looking for it is basically over and there is nothing i can do as far as amounts go. I just have to take what i get. He obviously did not want a case he knows there is no winning becasue the laws are in favor of the employers.Basically i'm already getting almost everything i could except for the voc rehab. It's very dissappointing to hear it be so final.Maybe you would be better off trying to negotiate yourself. |
