burning in elbows

i have something going on, but not sure what. I haven't been to the dr. yet. about three weeks ago i developed throbbing in my elbow, hand and wrist pain after working. I'm a court reporter. I immediately stopped working and waited for the pain to go away. The hand and wrist pain is pretty much gone, but I have a burning in my inner elbows. Both of them. And if I do too much typing, the pain returns in my forearm and wrist. All the pain at first was only on my right arm. Then I got a massage, thinking I had a pinched nerve. After that, I developed the burning sensation in both elbows.
Does anyone have any ideas what it might be?
